Our “online” and “offline” activities, in relation to facilitation of taxi hire services through a network of third-party drivers and taxi operators, are collectively referenced as the “Services”.
This Privacy Policy also applies to your use of interactive features or downloads that: (i) we own or control; (ii) are available through Ezyboom’s Services; or (iii) interact with the Services and post or incorporate this Privacy Policy.

External websites or apps linked from Ezyboom Services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
Interactions with features such as Facebook login or Share buttons are governed by the respective platform policies.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected independently by the driver.
Users may update or delete data by contacting support.
Even after deletion, certain information may be retained to comply with legal obligations or fraud prevention.
We follow industry-standard data protection protocols, including encryption, SSL, firewalls, and secure access control. However, no data transmission is 100% secure.
